FAQs – Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No. As long as we have access instructions (door code, key, etc.), you don’t need to be present.
Can you clean on the same day I move?
Yes! Just make sure movers are out before we arrive, or give us a clear time window.
Is the service available if the home has no utilities?
Unfortunately not — we need running water and electricity to complete the cleaning properly.
What’s the difference between this and Deep Cleaning?
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is for vacant homes and includes more intense cleaning like inside appliances and cabinets. Deep Cleaning is for occupied homes.
