Every home is unique, and so are your cleaning needs. That’s why we provide customizable cleaning packages, whether you’re looking for routine maintenance or a detailed deep cleaning.
Our pricing is transparent and based on the package you select and the tasks included in our cleaning checklist.
Rates may be subject to change if the booking details do not accurately reflect the condition of the property. For example, if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in over 45 days and a regular cleaning is selected, our team may recommend a customized service to ensure the best results.
While our services are comprehensive, certain tasks are not part of our standard packages. If you require additional or specialized cleaning beyond our checklist, please contact us to discuss a tailored solution.
If you prefer specific cleaning products, you are welcome to provide them. Otherwise, we can supply products for an additional fee, which will be communicated before the service.
To ensure fair and accurate pricing, please provide the correct number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and other relevant details when booking. Our flat-rate pricing is based on this information and includes all tasks from our cleaning checklist.
Need special attention in certain areas or wish to exclude specific rooms? We offer fully personalized cleaning plans. Please note that extra fees may apply if your home requires detailed work or organization prior to cleaning.
For pricing purposes, any enclosed room (such as offices, guest rooms, or storage areas) counts as a bedroom.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something was overlooked during your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to re-clean the missed areas at no additional cost.
Please do not attempt to clean it yourself — our follow-up visit ensures the issue is properly addressed. While we do not provide refunds, our re-clean process is designed to resolve concerns quickly and effectively.
Keep in mind that heavy wear or long-term neglect on surfaces may not be fully reversible in a single visit. Some areas may require ongoing treatments for the best results.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel your cleaning service. To avoid any charges, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
At Very Clean, we reward commitment. The first cleaning is billed at the full rate, while recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) are offered at a discounted price.
To keep your discounted rate, services must remain on schedule:
If a bi-weekly service is skipped, the next cleaning will be charged at the monthly rate.
If service intervals extend to three weeks or longer, pricing will adjust to the corresponding rate.
Any interval longer than four weeks will revert to the one-time full rate.
This policy helps us maintain an organized schedule and deliver consistent quality to all clients.
To uphold the high standards of our service and ensure fair wages for our dedicated staff, Very Clean reviews and adjusts service rates annually.
A 7% adjustment will be applied on your service anniversary date. This allows us to:

We invest heavily in training and supporting our professional cleaning team. To protect this investment, clients are asked not to hire or solicit Very Clean staff for private arrangements outside of our company.
If a client chooses to directly hire a Very Clean employee outside our services, a referral fee of $5,000 will apply. This policy ensures fairness, respect, and the integrity of our business relationships.
